Bob has worked in the Los Angeles real estate market since 1990. He joined Mossler & Doe in 1997 after his tenure in the Beverly Hills office of Jon Douglas Company. He came to real estate from a background in marketing and public relations at the Los Angeles Opera, where he worked during the company's formative years. Bob graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Ancient History. Bob is known as a powerful negotiator with strong sales skills and a good grasp of legal issues. He serves clients with residential properties designed by traditional architects like Gerald Colcord as well as avant-garde designers like Joseph D'Urso.
Bob serves as Vice President of the board of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra where he chairs the Strategic Planning Committee, and he currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Southern California Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture. He is working with Marc Appleton at ICA to coordinate an education department in conjunction with UCLA's School of Architecture and Design. He loves restoring historic buildings, and recently completed the renovation of a 300-year-old pueblo-style adobe residence in Taos, New Mexico. Bob also serves as secretary on the board of a foundation dedicated to the preservation of historic properties.
In his free time, Bob takes care of his horses and cattle at a ranch near San Simeon.
